SEP sesam v. 5.0.0.x – (#35627) Hyper-V COPY backup with RCT does not create a snapshot

Problem: When performing Hyper-V COPY backups with RCT (Resilient Change Tracking) enabled, SEP sesam does not create a snapshot of the virtual machine. The issue affects all versions from 5.0.0 Jaglion and above, as RCT has been supported since this version.

Workaround: Use the FULL backup level to perform snapshot-based backups.

Solution: SEP is working on this issue and will provide a solution as soon as possible
